Part of Kepharts later combined book, Camping and Woodcraft, fascinating and still relevant today. Have a go at some of his recipes, some look a bit dubious but they work, and if all you had was his basic carry around stock plus what he picked, dug up, shot, trapped or fished, they make a meal fit for anybody.
