Exciting story with some history. This takes place mostly 20+ years ago, when the (real) area was pretty deserted. I'm getting better at guessing means from parts and context (so i read the last 2 chapters quickly, but will go back to reread them and do the exercises. I don't like the writing exercises, though, that seem to expect you to reproduce the text. But fill in the blanks and arrange sentences in correct order are good comprehension exercises.
