I thought this book was great because it explains all kinds of chocolate and sorted by inexpensive to very expensive. I like this topic that the author chose. I can tell that the author researched a lot because it included when they open and close each day, where is it located and is the chocolate expensive or not expensive. It was interesting to read it!
