This was quite a book. I very much recommend it to all Christian women whether they’re married to believers or not. I picked this book up not to coerce my unsaved husband into believing but to better understand my place as a Christian woman and how to be a better wife and mother. This was extremely eye opening and revealed where I need much work!!
Very practical advice for wives. My husband is a believer, just not walking right now and it helped me tremendously. The end of the chapter questions and activities really good as well. Easy to read and follow.
Biblical teaching on marriage verses in 1 Peter 3, along with so many other Scriptures - some that I’ve never heard related to marriage before. God has used this resource to tangibly renew my mind and perspective in many ways. Oldie but goodie ♥️
The most encouraging - “A wife is fashioned by God, both in her physical and emotional make-up, to be complementary to her husband: to adapt to and complete him… A wife can be her husband’s greatest asset. Each wife was chosen and ordained by God for her particular husband. She can have a special ministry to him and contribute to his life in ways that no one else can- if she is willing.”
