Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).

If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.

*Better than Expected*

I am not a vegetarian but have been eating more plant based foods. I have a dairy allergy and I often adapt vegan and vegetarian to my taste. This book has served as a reference for more interesting food and a book I can refer to from time to time. Great pictures and I like that you can click on them and enlarge them and the links work too. And you can even download some of the recipes. I was pleasantly surprised.

While the recipes contained in this e-cookbook are wonderful I found the huge amount of information for each recipe to be overkill. The cookbook is laid out in a way that seems to be made for someone who has never cooked in their life and needs to be shown a picture of every step and then given a choice to check its dictionary meaning also. Although they say information is power, I think this is too much. If you can get past all the stuff the recipes are good.

Fairly brief, but with what looks like a few good recipes (although there could have been more variety, out of 12 recipes, two were for chilli). There were also a lot of images, which did make flicking through the pages a bit annoying on the kindle.

It was free from kindle. A collection of easy to find Internet recipes from Instructables. If you have never cooked, used metal utensils, electricity, or fire, then perhaps the overabundance of pictures would be helpful.

too many pictures, there was even one of a knife. This was just a hotch-potch of recipes that you find on the internet and some of them had meat.
