Ava and Kiernan are two college aged kids that live on opposite ends of the spectrum. Ava, recently dumped by her boyfriend over the phone, decides to escape to New York City for a little while. Kiernan, a shy, southern gentleman, decides its finally time to live his own adventure instead of reading about others' and also heads to New York City.

The two meet, and don't really care much for the other. Ava is talkative and outgoing, and Kiernan is shy and nervous. They end up in a situation where they are kind of forced to get to know the other, and eventually become friends that change each other for the better.

Even better than the story line, is reading it through each characters point of view. Their personalities are a blast, and make this story a really fun read. It is a blend of humor, sarcasm, hormones, adventures and friendship. How can you go wrong with that?
