I effectively ended up with this book by accident, but I am glad that I did. It's very easy to read with gentle advice, however, it can seem slightly patronising at times. Additionally, none of the advice given is particularly groundbreaking, but it is nice to have gentle reminders. I did like the quotes and links to Winnie the Pooh - who knew so many life lessons could be gained from those great stories?
