Lance Bennett is definitely Willow’s type, with his windswept sandy blonde hair, muscles built from hours in construction, and a grin that melts her heart. He’s almost perfect …all except for his ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ lifestyle. Willow has been there, done that, and has no interest in repeating it, thank you very much.
When she can’t resist Lance’s undeniable charm, or his dreamy blue eyes, any longer, Willow agrees to being friends with benefits. And once the fun is over and Lance is leaving, she will have to decide whether she’ll dare to take a chance on him, or if she’ll watch him walk away for good.
It only takes a single life-altering kiss to convince Lance that he’s finally met the one. Too bad Willow St. John is equally convinced he isn’t her type. Even Lance, the steamy nights they spend together, and his three adorable rescue dogs can’t change her mind. So what if he doesn’t want to stay in one place for more than six months, while Willow wants a house and white picket fence? If they’re together, that should be enough, right?
When Lance receives an opportunity to board a plane for foreign shores, and Willow is seemingly okay with cutting their relationship off, he packs his bag. Will he be able to forget Willow once he’s boarded the plane, or can he dare to stay in one place for the woman he loves most?
Daring Lance is a sexy romantic comedy that proves no strings attached don’t necessarily stay that way…

A good romance centered around two people who think they want different things in life and love
Willow is Madison’s best friend and maid of honor, Lance is Luke’s older brother and the best man. After one scorching kiss on the dance floor at the wedding they encounter each other as Willow dog walks for Lance when he can’t get home in time.
A misunderstanding causes Lance to want Willow to like and want him, but Lance likes to travel and move around, while Willow is dead set on being stationary. A dating/friends with benefits for now relationship quickly warps into real feelings and love. Lance can’t understand Willows desire to stay out in Florida, yet in the end they agree to compromise thanks to some meddling, midday margarita drinking, pot brownie making seniors who go out of their way to make the couple see sense.
I enjoyed the story and the happy ending, the seniors are a hoot, but I was a little put off by how unyielding Willow was about moving even once she admitted she loved Lance.
This is Willow and Lance’s story. These two are neighbors at the Regency Palms thanks to Madison and Luke. If you don’t know who I’m talking about you should go back and read Enticing Luke. Anyway these two are now living in their former places. Willow took over Madison’s place and Lance over his brothers Luke’s place therefor them becoming neighbors. These two have a very strong attraction that was made evident during a moment in Madison and Luke’s wedding. However because of his lifestyle and work Willow want to stay away from Lance denying her very strong attraction to Lance. So what is the next best thing she thinks well duh friends with benefits. I mean that always works out right. This story was fun to read as well as sweet and hilarious and heartwarming. Definitely one to read and highly recommend.
I think this was a very cute story and literally all of the characters were likeable and well developed. There's an air of mystery surrounding some of the building's other tenants that keep the story moving forward. I docked a star because the story was very repetitive - for example, one character mentioning that they were currently in South Florida three times in one dialogue. Besides the unnecessary repeating of information I really loved this book and would highly recommend it!
This was Lance and Willow’s book. Lance Bennett is definitely Willow’s type, with his windswept sandy blonde hair, muscles built from hours in construction, and a grin that melts her heart. He’s almost perfect … except for his ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ lifestyle. Willow has been there, done that. Although she can’t resist Lance’s undeniable charm, or his dreamy blue eyes. And they go to being friends with benefits. It was an interesting read. And am voluntarily leaving my review.
I have nothing against this book but it seemed childish and boring to me! You may like it but I just didn’t! This is also my honest review after receiving an arc.
