This books was about Google and the story of its founders and how they came together and created the company. The book talked about the founders and how they came from completely different backgrounds. Larry Page was an american, and his parents both had a background in computers. Co-Founder Serge Brin was from Russia and moved to the states as a young boy, he showed interest in computers from a young age.
The book did a good job of describing the two men’s journey in meeting and going to Stanford University together. It talked about how both men shared interest in the internet and they had the idea of making a search engine. They worked out of a garage and created an internet empire within 10 years they were at a huge corporate office and had thousands of employees.
All together this book was well worth the time to read it. It told a great story and gave insight to a household name across the world.

The book Google by Susan Hamen was a very interesting read. It is about how the lives of 2 entrepreneurs changed forever. It is about a Russian immigrant named Sergey Brin and an American named Larry Page who both meet in Stamford University. Both are named math prodigies by their professors and become friends. They come up with an idea that would change the internet and would make it easier to find information. They create a server named after Page and with the help of a friend, create the name Google. It becomes a billion dollar company with a nice environment. They get enough money to move to a giant office with a spa, a barista, and many other things. Eventually both Page and Brin become multi billionaires along with their company. Google is now a part of everyday speech. One understands that with hard work, crazy things happen. This biography was very inspiring.

I would definitely recommend this book to a person who knows about google and likes technology. This was a very interesting book and it will be to anyone who reads it. I gave this book four out of five stars. It is a very interesting story about two strangers who become friends to becoming billionaires who each live very quiet and personal lives. I made a text to world connection because this story is very much like Steve Jobs' story.
