Rate this book
This definitive work provides a comprehensive treatment of the mathematical background and working methods of three-dimensional reconstruction from tilt series. Okay, one does not read this book from start to finish, and clearly I have not done so here. But, it is a wonderful addition to the body of information on Electron tomography and image processing.
