If you want to lead a healthier lifestyle on the cheap, this book will prove extremely helpful. It has all kinds of information on what you need in your home pharmacy, as well as various acupuncture points, foot massage areas, measurement tables for home medicines, and more.

There's at least 150 pages on various illnesses and conditions and what you can do with vitamins and other home remedies to alleviate those symptoms. There's a lot of anti-doctor talk, too...but when you look at the state of our terrible medical system, and it's costs, a lot of it is justified.
