If you have heard of “tapping” or “EFT” (Emotional Freedom Technique), this is a book that teaches that skill. It is a combination of stimulating meridian (acupuncture) points while repeating positive mantras. It really works. On a personal note, studying and then applying the ideas presented in this book brought me to a breakthrough place of self understanding.

I really enjoyed this book. I have studied EFT, EMDR and various other techniques for dealing with PTSD. This book is a very comprehensive overview of ESM (Emotional Self Management) and I found it to be a very helpful technique.

I picked this one up at the library and may purchase a copy because I think it would be worth rereading.

this is an excellent, specific handbook for daily use. EFT but more specific, with research and case studies and diagrams and step by step how to's.
