This book is not about the holiday called Thanksgiving. It is not about how to celebrate Thanksgiving. This book is a challenge to you to cultivate a heart of thankfulness to God and to the people He has placed in your life 365 days of the year.Thankfulness is not about keeping tradition. It is a matter of the heart. It should be an everyday occurrence. It should be a habit; it should be a way of life. It may seem as though it is small or insignificant to you, but it means a lot to God and to others. I pray that this book will encourage you and challenge you to be thankful for everything everyday. --Daniella, from the Introduction
As Sarah ban Breathnach said, "You simply will not be the same person two months from now after consciously giving thanks each day for the abundance that exists in your life. And you will have set in motion an ancient spiritual law: the more you have and are grateful for, the more will be given you."
I expected the book to go into greater detail on how exactly to be more thankful. Finding it to be little more than a collection of Bible quotes, I was underwhelmed.
This is a great little book to help jumpstart your day! It gives scriptures and quotes to help remind us that there is always something to be thankful for!
I enjoyed this book. Daniella's writing was an easy read - filled with heartfelt expressions of personal gratitude, Biblical quotes and inspirational sayings from others. 365 Days Of Thanking God is a day to day reminder of the importance of giving thanks for all things! Additionally, Whyte's book leads those who love & honor God, into a lifestyle of continuous offerings.

I really enjoyed this short book from Daniella Whyte filled with a year's worth of thoughts, meditations, and quotes on thankfulness to God. Broken up into succinct daily points, the book offers new insights and inspiration every day. I appreciated that the points were organized on a rotation from Bible quotes to other quotes but always came back to the Bible. They are gems to remember for Christians and non-Christians alike. It's the kind of book that can be read one thought per day -- or many -- and can be read over and over again. It's great for an inspirational pick-me-up without being preachy. A wonderful companion to go with one's Bible study. 5 stars to Daniella Whyte for a job well done.
