I've nearly worn this book out because the recipes are so wonderful. My favorite is the Orange-Almond Gateau, which is a delicious vegan cake that impresses everyone but is quick and easy to make. Everything in the cookbook is vegetarian and dairy-free and egg-free and tastes wonderfully fresh and good.
