The American Ambassador in China is instructed by the President of the United States to lobby the Chinese government in an attempt to allow this team to setup shop in Hong Kong to lead and work with Chinese agents in an effort to kill the attacking computer program and capture its creator. Richard and his group of field agents hit the streets of Hong Kong with telemetry coordinates in hand to search for the physical locations of the ones responsible for the attack and soon discover that they are the ones being hunted.
I like this series, I am cheating a bit by listening to the audio books and I really enjoy the readers voice so I am a bit partial.
However, since finishing this book I have been having some withdraws. So I hope that tells you something.
This is an interesting series for me as ut digs deeper than the police do. I wouldn't be surprised if the way police do work on cases were just as they are described in these books; A way to get noticed or how to sweep something under the rug.
Like other authors some details can be spared. I feel like some authors have goal of how many words they want in a book so get a bit elaborate with details that aren't necessary.
