The only time I've read this was about 5 years ago, and it was one of my first chapter incorporated books I'd ever read. And for a first proper book, it was absolutely amazing. I especially enjoyed the concept of the story, and the main protagonist as I could relate to her a lot back then, with Krista's passion for horses. Because I've grown up a lot since reading that book, and I've read many, many more books since reading it, it doesn't appeal much to me since it appealed more to the 8 year old me who loved horses. However, I'll never forget this story; it'll always be one of my most treasured reads.
