Ok first lower rating than book two.
In part I think since it had so much promise.

Not a bad story full of peril and danger.
One thing against it, like so many stories.
Instead of being able to properly finish things.
Was a quick wrap up.
Paragraphs to relay oh this happened.
This group had this go on.

One group was introduced long enough to get your interest.
Especially felt more would be done with the Elf maiden.
Then quick nope quick finish with all of them.
No more detail as not wanting to spoil it.

Just kind of the tale, you wish things had been finished differently.
In so many ways.
Still if you like the style of genre.
You may enjoy this trilogy.

I liked it, felt good when it ended. Sort of got lost a bit with the magic stuff and the "abation" and trying to understand it. Reread a few chapters, which are short enough to do so, so I could get a better image of what was happening. On to the next trilogy.

Nice trilogy, but the ending felt a little rushed. I would have liked to have had more interaction between the characters at the end, and more story.

The first half of the book is a confused mess but goddamn, the second half goes hard; a really intense ending to a trilogy that just never has a consistent tone

The final Chapter in this engrossing Series. I still have all 3 books and read them occasionally. It's still good fantasy.
