Robert Toru Kiyosaki is an American businessman and author, known for the Rich Dad Poor Dad series of personal finance books. He is the founder of the Rich Dad Company, a private financial education company that provides personal finance and business education to people through books and videos, and Rich Global LLC, which filed for bankruptcy in 2012. Since 2010, Kiyosaki was the subject of a class action suit filed by people who attended his seminars, and the subject of investigative documentaries by the CBC, WTAE-TV and CBS News. In January 2024, Kiyosaki revealed that he was more than $1 billion dollars in debt.
"Rich Dad Secrets" is a fascinating and thought-provoking book written by Robert Kiyosaki, the author of the best-selling "Rich Dad Poor Dad." In this book, Kiyosaki shares the secrets that he learned from his "rich dad" and how they helped him become financially successful.
One of the key takeaways from this book is the importance of financial education. Kiyosaki argues that our school system doesn't teach us how to manage money, and that's why so many people struggle financially. He emphasizes the need to understand the difference between assets and liabilities, and how to make money work for you instead of the other way around.
Kiyosaki also emphasizes the importance of taking calculated risks and investing in assets that generate passive income. He explains how he built his own wealth by investing in real estate, stocks, and other income-producing assets. He also stresses the importance of building a strong financial team, including a good accountant and lawyer, to help you navigate the complex world of finance.
One of the strengths of this book is Kiyosaki's storytelling ability. He uses personal anecdotes and examples to illustrate his points and make them more relatable. He also writes in a conversational style that makes the book easy to read and digest.
However, some critics have pointed out that some of Kiyosaki's advice may not be suitable for everyone. For example, investing in real estate may not be a viable option for everyone, especially those who don't have a lot of capital to start with.
Overall, "Rich Dad Secrets" is an informative and engaging book that offers a fresh perspective on personal finance. It's a great read for anyone who wants to take control of their financial future and learn from the experiences of a successful entrepreneur.
This is another book from the "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" series of Robert Kiyosaki. The book is relatively good, and perhaps not much new information, of a not a new way of seeing things, if you have read other books from the author. However, important messages are good to be repeated, and this is the case with this book as well. The focus, or the perspective, of this book versus of other books from this series is focused on the psychological aspect of the individuals. Overall, perhaps not the book to start the series with, but good and important messages to get, especially if you found other books from the series useful.
This was an interesting audiobook. I have spotted a lot points that are similar to the other books, however just hearing or learning about rich dad's secrets it was very educative. Patience, having faith and the ability to learn from your mistakes are only a few of the values discussed and could help you build your future.
es un buen resumen de las enseñanzas que nos ha entregado Robert a través de todos sus libros,me gustó ya que sirve de inspiración para estar leyendo constantemente.
I thought this was a new book, but it was a re-release. I love the rich dad books, if you haven't read them, do it. This book was great as it was an amalgamation of 'the four quadrants' and 'rich dad poor dad'. I can't remember them well enough to know if there was any additional content, but either way, I thought the book was great.
3. ¿Cuánto tiempo debemos conservar ese dinero?
y
4. ¿Cuánto está trabajando ese dinero para nosotros?

I score five star to this book as to me it's different from other Robert's books because 1. This time he reads the book himself and uses daily language instead of a polished text. 2. It has less story telling this time than his other books (nothing wrong with story telling but when he repeats the same story in multiple books, it doesn't sit well with me)
