I'm using it to review for the CSET exam. It's like having a lovely photo album, but instead of saying "Remember that Easter bbq?" you find yourself saying "Ah, George Orwell...I remember how you ruined my life."

Literature from SparkNotes 101 is amazing! I bought this book because I am a graduate student studying English. This collection has 500 book/plays included. I love the brief author notes on each author of every book. There are all the famous writers one mostly has read as a middle school through high school age group. Most high schools do not even read half these amazing classics included in this collection anymore. It is so sad! Students are missing out on an interesting read and there is always so much to learn from literature just like our history textbooks. This is also great for those wanting to brush up before an English literature exam or to brush up on facts on their favorite reads. This book came in perfect condition and is very thick for the price I paid. It was well worth every penny!

Well worth every second I invested reading it. Chock full of literary references, this book has something for everyone, whether you are a lover of timeless classics or an English professor looking for a worthy narrative to study.

Even if you are just trying to get into (or freshen up on)reading skills "101" or basic lit education. Again a great book. Also students may find this helpful as a quick review before a test or follow-up to a novel that was enjoyed, leading to want of further material on an author or similar narration. I am absolutely adding this to my permanent library.
