In this songbook's defense, there are a lot of things going on in it and even just giving you the essence of these songs in a Piano/Vocal/Chords format should get you somewhere with begining to play these songs for yourself. It helps if you walk into it already being pretty knowledgeable about using multi-effects pedals for guitars, be a seasoned keyboard player, drummer, or vocalist. One could probably still glean some acoustic campfire versions of these tunes if time wants to using the suggested chords from this book too. I don't know how well this album is remembered by those who grew up with it, but just for the sake of a trip down memory worship lane, check this one out.
