Bearing in mind an epoch covered with this work, a second volume containing info since a book was published would very much be appreciated.

This is the hugest book I own, omg. If it fell on your head YOU WOULD DIE. I bought it at the awesome second-hand book shop in Camberwell, opposite the Rivoli, partly because after asking the guy to help me get it down (from a very high shelf) so that I could look at it, I was too embarrassed to then ask him to put it back :P But for $15, soooo worth it! It's amazing and will keep you going for hours.
