I was glad to delve into the world of Rhythmic Gymnastics through this book! As someone who cheers on and supports gymnasts, I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of what they go through during training and competition. I was especially curious about the fundamental principles of training and how performances are evaluated.

While the book may not be the latest on the block, I still found many gems that satisfied my curiosity. Admittedly, the author's writing style is a bit utilitarian, with a focus on perspectives from coaches and gymnasts rather than catering to amateurs like myself. I'll admit, there were some chapters that left me bored, drowning in dry facts and precise details. But when the book did hit the mark, it was pure gold! I felt truly engaged and enlightened, and that's what made it all worthwhile.
