It’s a book to have at work. It is short and goes directly to the point. A little bit dull, because it is written almost like an instructions manual.
I still like it because it is a good book to remind ourselves to be mindful on how to act professional. I received this book as a graduation present from the director of my program and I still read it every now and then.
I took it to work the other day and found coworkers interested in the book and actually reading it.

Short and to the point, this book distills the keys for succeeding in business and life to a series of Dos and Don'ts. I recommend it, because it really boils things don't to the essence. I plan to refer to it often and spot check myself from time to time.

I had to read this for a grad class. I can honestly say I got nothing out of it. It seems to be written for fourth graders. It's content and delivery is so basic, it's easy to be offended. I would give it no stars if that were possible.

This was required reading for my job. All of it is common sense. But I like the no nonsense approach. Its direct.
