Been replaying Final Fantasy X again. As it was my first Final Fantasy (minus Mystic Quest) it is one of my favourites.
Well I am nearly at the end so before I kill Sin I am trying to do all the side quests. I can tell you I can never get the best weapon for Tidus because racing that trainer I cannot even get the first 4 balloons so I will never win the race let alone win it with a time better than 0.00.
The Lightning game. Another game I do not have the patience for it. Why I loved this game I do find it quite annoying that when you are at this point you do not know where to start. I am not strong enough to kill the monsters in the arena. Managed to get hp break and no encounter on another weapon. Right now I am just trying to get the last remaining monsters and next goal is Anima.
Update August 26 2016
Well I have just recently finished playing this game. For the first time I cleared all the nodes on the sphere grid meaning I had all my stats maxed out for everything except luck which was at 130 or so.
I had killed all of the dark aeons and penance but when I read I had to clear all my 200 hp nodes into 300 I knew I was done. I did not have the energy for it.
I also did not get the celestial weapons of Tidus, Kimahri, Lulu nor Wakka. (I hate blitzball) but I did have them for Yuna, Rikku and Auron so I played most with them. Love Rikku. Best character ever.
This means I had no change to get the platinum but I might try again although I will never do the blitz which means no platinum.
I liked the guide but it would have been better with more info on the side quests but also how to beat the dark aeons and just a lit more than the one page.
In my quest to look over and then review all the strategy guides I've got, I think I'm near the end. I think. The Final Fantasy X strategy guide was always pretty good, everything I needed and some stuff I didn't but might've had I played in a different way. My sister seems to read hers for fun...
