In the small town of Lahja, a mystical mountain has legendary powers of omniscience. The town’s most prominent atheist and most devoted Christian set out to climb the mountain together, battling its perilous terrain, in order to ask the mountain’s verdict on the true existence of God. They must defy death to reach the elusive summit, where one will be proven right and one will be proven wrong.
Quick and easy short story. I guess I should have researched the author beforehand but then perhaps I wouldn't have read it. I'm glad I did. It was a thought provoking book and one I would recommend to both my Christian and Atheist friends.
I simply loved "Echo Mountain." Philosophical, religious, and entertaining--all at the same time. The plot is amazing, and the ending is very satisfying. You put the story down feeling happy. Great reading!
