I really like the concept and about the four years it actually encouraged me to look for more books about different types of phobia and how to overcome it it was powerful and have lots of notes to write about the book that's why I give it five stars
This is a great book and resource for anybody who has ever experienced fear and anxiety. I think everybody should read it whether they struggle with this or not. I can't say that I'm cured yet but it has greatly improved my life and I am more in control now than I have been in a while.
The writing is clear and easy to understand but is written very factually and from a medical perspective. A great companion to any current treatment you may be undergoing this book is a gem.
