I read this in preparation for facilitating some focus groups. (Although I have fairly extensive facilitation experience, I've never done focus groups before.)

I liked the step-by-step instructions, the forms, and the no-nonsense treatment of the subject, and I feel prepared to facilitate a focus group after reading this book. I wish they'd put out an updated edition (there's nothing in this one about, for instance, conducting focus groups via videoconference), but in general, this is still a valuable work. Very much recommended.
