This book develops students' ability to write effectively for different purposes and covers general problem areas and a range of text styles. It uses process techniques of revising and editing to build up student's confidence in writing in a variety of styles - factual, personal and creative writing. It is suitable for students preparing for ARELS, COCO and FCE. Each unit also contains discussion and analysis work and follow-up writing tasks. In addition, there is a key with model texts for students to assess and improve their own writing.
