An amazing mafia romance read!!! 🤩
Salvatore and Grazia were passionate lovers who looked each other in the eyes, vibrated and breathed only when they were together. They shared a great emotional addiction and a passion with no boundaries!
“Salvatore Fiori was not someone people just forgot. He was a warrior god with dark hair and killer abs who was a beast in bed.” Grazia
It wasn’t romantic. It was possessive, fierce, storming and absolute.
“She gives me strength to breath. She is the fucking life in me.” Salvatore
I was very riveted by this storyline! The characters were so compelling. The writing style was vivid and passionate.
And of course Salvatore Fiori was an awesome character!!! Merciless, resolute, unfaltering, he lived for the moment he would have Grazi as his wife, his mafia queen.

Gosh, this book was long but a love like Grazie & Salvatore's was worth spending almost an entire day on this book. Their love story was deep, passionate and rare. Both Grazie & Salvatore had strong and striking personalities. Though sometimes I dislikes some things that Grazie did out of her stubborn and headstrong nature, I still liked her. She was smart, caring, intuitive and had an ambition. I liked how she loved her brothers and Salvatore equally and cared for both the families wellbeing. Salvatore was a good lover and great husband and he continued to prove so throughout the entire book. I also liked the side characters and Goliath & Chiara's story has left me intrigued. If there's more coming from this world, I'll definitely read it! Overall, this book was an entertaining ride filled with love, passion, action and family.

I love reading this authors books!! But I'll be honest, this one.. was hard for me to like.
Sal and Graz were destined to be together since their families arranged for them to get married when Graz was of age, but the families were torn apart and now enemies. But these two were sneaking behind everyone's back for years. Loved that idea!
What pissed me off.. was how Graz treated Sal she was so childish she always ran away she put her family before him and their love. Sal was the one always fighting for them always. Even when they got married, HE was the one who always gave and gave. He just wanted her to give back that love and respect him. I felt she didn't. Hell, the cousin said so many times, and I wish Sal did push away or showed Graz he was serious. Now, don't get me wrong, Sal was a jerk to a few days after there wedding he had a woman on his lap. 😑😑😑
Graz should've put a bullet in her leg for that. It annoyed me so much.
As for side characters, idk if I'll read the rest in the series.

My first read from Diane and I am simply obsessed with Salvatore and "Mafia Grace", the eight brothers and the atmosphere. But mostly I like Salvatore and all his gestures, all his words and actions, his immense love for Grazia. Also, I'm excited for what is coming, a few od Grazia's brothers are yet alone and the author has to give them happiness too 🤭
Grazia, as her name is saying, is a graceful ballerina, a princess in their world, she's a girl with many traits, brave, strong, loving, with a sharp tongue...
Raised among seven brothers and a strict father, in a dangerous and full of rules world, since childhood she was sure of one thing... Someday, she will be Salvatore Fiori's wife. She grew up with him too, developed feelings for him... she loved him and couldn't see a future in which they were not together.
Salvatore, the only child in the Fiori and the future Don of his famiglia, dangerous, powerfull, lethal. But above all, the most loving, caring, kind, forgiving man... the perfect man, the one whom we all want. Grazia is so lucky to have him, to count on him despite everything that happened, to know that he would do everything in his power so she can be happy, even die for her. She was his life, the air in his lungs and also, he couldn't see a future in which she wasn't his wife, the future mother of his children.
Plot twist for them... something happened, the two Don's that were like two brothers in the past, were not at war, hating each other so much that they broke the engagement. Grazia and Salvatore were no longer a couple waiting to get married, they were enemies... at least their families, cause a love like theirs can't be stopped.
The chemistry between the characters, the teasing, the feelings, the attraction, the dependence on each other, the way they were one soul in two bodies... all of that was so palpable and present in actions and words. A couple like theirs shouldn't be able to be destroyed by anyone or anything. Even less when they would die for each other.
The past, the relationship between Grazia and Salvatore, their fights, the tension, the action and the writting, I love all of it and I'm so happy I had the chance to read this book.

I was very curious about Mafia Grace by Diane Portman-Ray, because mafia with forbidden romance is my kind of thing. I jumped blind into Mafia Grace's world and oh my, I loved so much how author created this book. It is an absolute page turner and kept me entertained until the last pages. It was not only amazing read, but also perfectly puuurfect mix of mafia, family drama, steam and TONS of angst with a surprising plot twist somewhere between. Author gave me everything what I love in books like that and I'm sure, I'll be coming back for more.
Salvatore and Grazia delivering forbidden romance, that is not easy for them to handle. They both are covered by family secrets, and believe me - for them (and their relationship), there are any easy choices to make . From the beginning I could feel that they love each other like no one else, but... mafia honor, family responsibilities are their biggest enemies. My heart was breaking for them so many times. Grazia is a sweetheart, Salvatore is possessive, but very loving, caring man. Their love was tainted by tears and sacrifices, but at the end, author gave them the most heartwarming HEA.

Another entertaining and steamy book from Diane. I enjoyed the writing style and how the characters developed throughout the story. All the mafia elements we’re put together beautifully and gave me a sensation of authenticity. Salvatore and Grazia made an amazing pair, they complemented each other perfectly, and their love story was both dangerous and sweet. I swooned so many times while reading this book.

I love the men Diane Portman-Ray writes. They’re larger than life, virile, stubborn, and fierce, but melt at the whims of their women. Once again, Diane delivers a macho man and a headstrong heroine.
Grazia Caputo is the baby of the family, with seven older brothers always protecting her and a ferocious father. Despite her overbearing family, no one will protect and love her more than Salvatore Fiori.
Their families were once friends but are now rivals. Salvatore will stop at nothing to keep what was once promised to him, Grazia.
These two are HOT! Grazia and Salvatore love to fight and fight to love.
The elusive and rowdy brothers of Grazia bring so much to the dynamics of friendships and world-building. I cannot wait to see what’s in store because there’s a lot here! A lot of brothers with a lot of potential romance connections and lots of drama—I need all of these stories.

Diane did it again with another amazing mafia book. She can do no wrong with this trope. Grazia and Salvatore were fantastic! Their love was stronger than any family feud, and the way they fought for their happy ending was extraordinary. And Salvatore was just as amazing. This possessive and stubborn man couldn't let him woman go, and he did everything possible to make her his wife.
What I loved the most was the backstory that they had. They were supposed to marry before their families fell apart. I thought this approach was uniquely executed.
If you are looking for a mafia book with a taste of forbidden, put this one on your TBR.

It's been a couple of days since I finished this book and I'm still over here thinking about Salvatore. Diane always writes some amazing heroes but she went the extra mile with this one because damn, the way he adored and worshiped Grazia was something else. He was hands down my favorite part of Mafia Grace.
I'm not gonna lie this book threw me off a bit in the beginning, we start the story already in the middle of their relationship so I missed some of the build up I love when the MCs are getting to know each other. These two had a lot of history and baggage so it took me a moment to truly understand and connect with their relationship but the chemistry was there from the start and the love they had for each other definitely made up for it.
And can we talk about all the amazing secondary characters?!! I can't wait to get more books in this world. If you like mafia you should really check this one out, Diane is one of my favorite authors when it comes to this trope.

THIS BOOK!!!!! I loved this book so much. I don't even have enough words for how much I enjoyed reading this. This was hot, romantic, heart pounding, tension filled, swoon worthy, thrilling, exciting, and so satisfying!
Overall I enjoyed this book quite a lot. If you love forbidden romance and boy obsessed I highly recommend as a great read.

I loved this book. These characters love to fight and make up. Salvatore is the sexiest grump ever. I love that he was so so obsessed with Grazia. The possessiveness is on another level. He will do anything for the woman he loves while she constantly pulls away because her family are her world.
Woman like her normally annoy me but omg I loved her just as much. She is written so well.
Sassy, doesn’t hold back. Loyal and just all round a brilliant character.

Perfect Vibes
THIS WAS SO GOOD????? I was a little concerned at parts because there isn’t really a plot but honestly it didnt need one. Salvatore and Grazia were so precious I loved them so much. And the angst at the end??? I finished this in about 12 hours.

this book is absolutely infuriating.
the female lead demands to be treated unlike a child but often behaves like one, and the male lead waxes poems about how much he loves her but doesn't show it one bit.
they have no respect for one another, with the male lead especially treating the female lead like a child. her (justified) anger is often referred to as a tantrum, and he's quick to turn situations around with any accountability whatsoever. case in point : having absolutely no regret for having another woman in his lap after they get married.
the beginning of the book also didn't sit well with me — she attempts to break off their relationship considering that it's forbidden, but his only response to that is 'no.' despite it literally being a life and death situation. if written better, I might just have loved his reluctance to let her go, but the wording absolutely made it sound like the female lead was being forced to stay in the relationship.
both of them constantly talk about how much they love another, how much they trust each other and their willingness to die for each other, but it's just words. the writing, coupled with a number of grammatical errors, just couldn't convince me of the same the way other books have done successfully.
also, what the fuck kind of nickname is 'sasa.' there's a few hundred nicknames you could use for the name salvatore, I don't understand why 'sasa' is the chosen one. it may have been cute while they were kids, but it's just cringey to hear a twenty something year old calling her supposedly brutal mafia don husband.
and the sex, dear god. it's so.......................it's just a no.
there's a fair bit to unravel in the book as well which I was excited for, but even that was done in the most random of moments and was extremely anticlimactic.
overall, this book had so much potential — the 'mystery' element kept me going for quite a while, but so much of the book was unnecessary and took away from it. for all the back and forth between not just the love interests but also the huge number of characters involved, there was little to no angst. even the drama wasn't entertaining, to be honest. the writing style also didn't help. I was pleasantly surprised when I first started reading considering I found the book on instagram reels (don't have a great track record lol), but I had hope, only for it to be brutally crushed🙃
the female lead demands to be treated unlike a child but often behaves like one, and the male lead waxes poems about how much he loves her but doesn't show it one bit.
they have no respect for one another, with the male lead especially treating the female lead like a child. her (justified) anger is often referred to as a tantrum, and he's quick to turn situations around with any accountability whatsoever. case in point : having absolutely no regret for having another woman in his lap after they get married.
the beginning of the book also didn't sit well with me — she attempts to break off their relationship considering that it's forbidden, but his only response to that is 'no.' despite it literally being a life and death situation. if written better, I might just have loved his reluctance to let her go, but the wording absolutely made it sound like the female lead was being forced to stay in the relationship.
both of them constantly talk about how much they love another, how much they trust each other and their willingness to die for each other, but it's just words. the writing, coupled with a number of grammatical errors, just couldn't convince me of the same the way other books have done successfully.
also, what the fuck kind of nickname is 'sasa.' there's a few hundred nicknames you could use for the name salvatore, I don't understand why 'sasa' is the chosen one. it may have been cute while they were kids, but it's just cringey to hear a twenty something year old calling her supposedly brutal mafia don husband.
and the sex, dear god. it's so.......................it's just a no.

I'm rating it five star. Fucking ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The book is so amazing and just made me realize I need a man like Salvatore Fiori in my life ASA-FUCKING-P. Can't wait for book two and can't wait for Goliath and Chiara, and Garon and Pina. Hope they both get their books.

If you are a mafia reader then I suggest this book. This couple is chefs kiss. Grazia has a beautiful soul and loves with all of her heart. Salvator is a man who knows what he wants and will do everything to get it. These two had a chemistry that you feel through the pages. Grazias fiestiness was what Salvator loved. Now that man's mouth was intense and I loved it. These two fought to be together and that is why I was so invested. I loved her other mafia series but this one will top it. I mean really this book is worth reading. I truly loved this couple. My only issue is I wish she would have gotten revenge on a certain side character. The other side characters her brothers helped this story and I can't wait for their books.

I loved this book so much. I tend to generally love Mafia stories just because how unrealistic and fantastical they are, and this book was no less 🥺🫶

Absolutely fell in love with Salvatore. Grazia’s actions sometimes frustrated me but I still immensely enjoyed this book. It had everything: forbidden love, sneaking around, family bonds, mafia honor, rivalry and jealousy, angst and some spice. The way he worships Grazia and devotes himself to her is amazing. He’s not afraid to show his love for Grazia to anyone and fights for their love even with Grazia. Salvatore sees Grazia as his partner and equal, supports her by letting her go to pursue her dream of becoming ballerina.

2.5⭐️ I loved Grazia & Salvatore! They had this love hate relationship full of passion, longing and possessiveness. It wasn’t healthy but their connection felt so deep and authentic that I ate it up! And despite some grammatical errors, I was 100% sure that I would rate it 4 or 5 stars…that’s how much I enjoyed reading about them!!
BUT guess what happens around 63% in the book? Well, 8 days after getting married to the fmc, instead of taking his wife on a date like he promised, Salvadore forgets about it, makes her wait at home for aprox 2 hours, gets stupid drunk with his buddies AND has a woman sitting on his lap like it’s no big deal! After all thaaat, he has the audacity to get mad at her for being jealous. His justification for all this was that the guys decided to throw him a late bachelor party and the girl on his lap was payed to play the stripper.
I’m sorry, WHAT? You mean to tell me the same possessive, obsessed mmc that calls the fmc “his life”…simply forgets their first date in 5 years and let’s a random waitress sit on his lap and touch his face?! On top of that, he doesn’t even seem very sorry for the way he acted!!!🫨
Yeah that doesn’t make any sense and this behavior is very inconsistent with his character throughout the rest of the book. 😒

A man who doesn’t want to let go and a woman who fights him every step of the way. The stronger they fight the harder they love. The Caputos and the Fioris were once aligned on the same side in the mafia until a big fallen out happens, that ripped their world apart. Salvatore and Grazia were suppose to marry until nothing but devastation was left behind, and her own brothers had to take her engagement ring off.
Diane does a great job at letting us fall into their love story easily. It sweeps you off your feet, it has the beautiful background of Palermo Italy, an over the top, possessive hero, and the stunning,young,ballerina and daughter of a powerful Don.
The thing is she doesn’t know what really happened, and he does. And when their worlds collide again, another war starts.
It reads quickly and was an escape into a sexy a bit edgy of the mafia world.
I am really interested in what’s next especially for Goliath and Chiara? Maybe? I hope!

Do you want a feel good mafia romance? This is IT! I swear you will fall in love with Salvatore Caputo in .05 seconds. The man is a definition of over the top, possessive, won’t take shit from anyone, hero! The setting is in a small town in Italy, that’s been devided between the two most powerful families, Caputos and Fioris. Grazia Caputo has been promised to Salvatore Fiori since they were kids until a falling out happens between the families. The families hate each other but the two of them, man I lived for their moments together. Pure fire! She’s a little spitfire and he won’t take no for an answer .. but in the good way 😂 he loves his Grazi with all he’s got and is not afraid to show it, fck the consequences. He’s just everything! I loved that most of the characters are positive and I can’t wait to read Grazia’s brothers stories.

Graz is and Salvatore what a ride with there two characters. I felt I was going to give this book a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ somehow it changed to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ then I decided I was done and I will only give it a ⭐️⭐️ however as I kept reading and changing my stars I had to give it a solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it’s one of those stories that will upset you then it will put you back together only to make you rage. This story is not for everyone due to Grazia being a little annoying and Salvatore being a stupid man however it all blends in and makes a master piece.. what a ride it was.. Their type of love is deep and not many books have this type of connection and adoration for one another even when they can’t be together..

I love diane Portman ray whatever she writes I love and she wrote mafia I was aesthetic… Talking about story it was something really fresh in mafia engaged then family got against each other was force to end engagement but the main mmc and fmc didn’t so it was really good I like my book who has family in it and there are siblings interaction with each other this book had it… overall it was really a good read on of the best reads of 2023 so far

This is the first book I read from Diane Portman-Ray and I am not disappointed. I loved the chemistry between Salvatore and Grazia right from the start. Sometimes Grazia was a bit annoying because she constantly tried to push Sal away but I understood her point of view. I’m honestly so excited to read more books from their author. The spice great as well✨
