When divorced teacher Cassie Miller dreamt about meeting her soul mate, her happily-ever-after didn't include threats of abduction to a parallel world to help him save his people from imminent destruction.

Alexos de Werner, exiled prince of a land now under Republican rule, is searching for the woman that can help stop the disasters devastating his home province of Ennis, in his world of Caedmon. Alex will do anything to save his people, even if they don't want his help.

Unnerved by the connection she feels with Alex, and the new abilities awakening inside her, Cassie refuses Alex's request. A nudge from her best friend and a demonstration of Alex's otherworldly abilities convinces Cassie to help him.

Once in Caedmon, Cassie must learn to trust Alex and accept her gift before Ennis is lost. Can she open her heart and mind and become the student instead of the teacher?

I love stories that have a fantastical or paranormal twist to them, where supernatural elements serve as metaphors for the actual struggles people face every day.

I love romance novels; I love the discovery and the conflict that two strong-willed characters experience while falling in love, willing or not. I love romance novels because of the happy endings.

I believe in happily-ever-after as long as one is willing to work for it.

A proud Texan, I live near Dallas with my husband, children, and a clumsy but lovable 75 lb. boxer named Rowdy.

If the cover doesn't draw the reader in, the plot surely will. This book reads like a fantasy romance, Alexos is searching for a specific woman who can help his land and prevent the constant disasters. Cassie is looking for her happily-ever-after. She doesn't expect to be abducted by the handsome, charismatic stranger.

The reader will love the author's descriptive tone. The environment is easy to picture and exciting to read about. The land feels very real, besieged by disasters and in chaos. Alexos, the prince of this land, will do anything to prevent its destruction. He is determined, strong, and brave-exactly what one looks for in a hero. Cassie is divorced and trying to avoid her slacker ex-husband who only comes around when he is in need of money. Cassie is intelligent, brave, and caring. The two make a great pair and the reader will enjoy seeing their relationship grow and develop. The other secondary characters are fun to get to know, but are not the focus. The people of Ennis in particular will interest the reader with their different lifestyles and way of living.

The romance scenes are believable and will entice any romance reader to flip rapidly through the pages. Their relationship is not "instant love," but rather a slowly developed trust. The reader will be rooting for the two and the poor people of Ennis. Pick up this book soon and enjoy the enchanting world of Ennis. This book is recommended to adult readers.

Traci Bell created a magnificent world with lots of magical mysteries to be experienced by all. A great adventure of a world beyond ours that allowed a great escape from everyday worries.

Cassie loves to help others. She does it daily at her job as a teacher. She had a few people that are in her life, but only one she truly calls friend. One day she runs into a great looking male specimen while trying to wrangle up test papers that were scattered by the wind and everything changed within her.

Alex is a strong, take no bull alpha male that is set to accomplish what is requested of him in order to save his people. Once he finds what he is sent to find he gets something that's unexpected. Figuring he can go in and out. Drop off the special person he is sent to collect and get on with his life just the way he likes it. NOT happening! Once he sees and touches Cassie for the first time their is something that brews within him and he cannot seem to get enough of her presence.

Together Alex and Cassie are on a quest to save many people that are ill or in risk of danger. Fate and love are the guide and key to accomplish what needs to be done.

I usually shy away from Fantasy, but this book is so modern and just dang funny that I found myself forgetting it was a fantasy read. The characters are engaging and her story line was exciting, fast paced, and complete. I loved it.

Cassie: She's the toughest third-grade teacher that I know, and I love that she doesn't let anyone push her around. She has a curiosity for life that I think is so true to a true teacher. She get's a full-fleshed character award!

Alexos: Yum! He's a typical leader with a twist. I love how Bell gave him a backstory to justify his rigid control. But, I love it more when we watch Cassie test that control. Super Hottie alert!!!

The sparks fly from these two from the very beginning, and you can feel the love grow between them without the author throwing it in your face. I felt like I right there with them. This is a 5 star read, peeps, and I hope you check it out!

Entangled is a great fantasy romance that draws the reader in right from the start. Cassie, a modern day elementary teacher is called to help those in another dimension by a strong, mysterious man of few words, Alex. Bell does a great job of developing her characters, whether they be modern day or fantasy people from other worlds. Like Cassie and Alex feel each other, the reader feels what they want and need as well.

The story is great and going from regular day to day life of living with neighbors, an ex who won't go away and a sick friend in need, and whisking us away to another realm. The chemistry of the main characters is electric, but there is more to this story. Lessons in energy and philosophy and karma are woven throughout to make this a much meatier novel than you might think going in.

A great romantic story. A great good vs. evil story. As well as a great spiritual story on how we affect the world around us.

Can't wait for more from this author!

Loved this book. I finished it late at night when I should have been sleeping. I just had to find out how it ended. I was really surprised--yet it was a believable and rewarding ending! I got frustrated with the heroine a couple times and wanted to ring her neck at her choices, but that means Traci Bell did a great job of making her authentic and real.

I really enjoyed their love story. How it started, the process and the conclusion. Very nicely done, Traci Bell!

I received this book through a Goodreads Giveaway. This book is a good light romantic fantasy read. It has a great twist at the end.

I really loved the fantastic relationship between best friends Grace & Cassie. The support they give each other in very trying times was inspiring.

I really enjoyed this book!!! It was different from most of the books I have read, with a very interesting concept. While there wasn't a ton of action, I still found myself not wanting to put this book down!!! Definitely a good read and I could go for some more!!!!

This is a fun fantasy type novel with some romance thrown in. Cassie is a seemingly normal American woman when she meets Alex, s strikingly handsome man. Even when she firsts meets him, she feels there is something unique about him. It turns out he is from an alternate world coming to enlist her help to save his country from an evil person who is wreaking weather-related devastation on his land. Despite her hesitation, she eventually agrees to go back with him to his world (and brings along her friend, Grace). There she discovers she has a special power of healing and can harness that to help fight the effects of the devastation. Along the way she becomes more and more attracted to Alex and she discovers she is connected to him in a way that she does not fully understand. The book is a fun read and I enjoyed the characters in it. Though there are times when I feel a bit incredulous about how Cassie acts - she just leaves home and ends up staying away for what seems like months and doesn't really give any thought to the fact that she probably has lost her job, etc. Plus she had a cat that she left with friends (full disclosure - I have a dog, and I definitely would not leave him behind so I suppose that might be me being a little biased). But despite that, I enjoyed the book. Though I wonder if it is the first in the series because I feel like there are some unanswered questions - such as the connection between Cassie and Alex. I imagine there has to be a reason they have it. I kind of thought perhaps it might be because Cassie is originally from Alex's world, but nothing like that comes up in the book. So maybe it will be explained in a future book or maybe not!

I won this book in one of the Goodreads giveaways.
