This author is paranoic. Course of history shows that new world order is indeed establishing, but not by red communists, but the west. NATO bloc is trying to expand.
Author sees communism where it is absent. Of course he is Ukrainian and they have tendency to hate communism.
"However, the official historian for MI5, Christopher Andrew, described him as an "unreliable conspiracy theorist""

A cold and cynical analysis that unfortunately seems to evolve into a prophecy considering our global 2024 modern context (Ukraine-Russia War, published Macron-Putin interview, increased interference of Russian Special Services in democratic elections). Unfortunately, what was once considered paranoic is now a possibility.
