I enjoy learning a few things about myself. It also inspired me. Very uplifting..if you are open to the learning. Definitely recommend.

There were some inspirational passages and even shared with a group that wanted a copy of the few lines taken from the book.

I read Oprah winfrey's book that referenced this writer...and decided to get a copy to read.

Disclaimer: I borrowed a copy and giving my honest opinion.

This book helped me change myself and my life about 10 years ago when i was desperately in need and i have considered working through it again because of that.

A fitting companion to the original Simple Abundance book. There were a lot of familiar quotations, ideas and sentiments from her other books which made this a nice review of the originals.

I picked this one up at various times throughout my life hoping to get into the exercises and use it as a tool for further self discovery and enrichment, but no matter how old or what the circumstances, I found myself unable to go beyond the first exercise thus at this point I am marking it "done" and giving it a low rating for completely gaily to grab my commitment and desire to proceed. Being a companion edition, perhaps it should be used after the original is read but I never got a chance to own or read it.

I have loved all of Breathnach's books, and this is no exception. How does she know where to go, how to coax ourselves to come to the surface? Smoosh together some Breathnach, SARK and Cameron for me daily and I'm guaranteed to learn something. My favorite, though, is still "Romancing the Ordinary."

This was a workbook, not a book. It was ok, but not what I expected.
