This book explores the as the flops open out so the funny creatures stretch and grow - or meet animials of an entirely different size or weight. The funny pictures and amusing poems will delight small children, while at the same time helping them to learn about sizes and opposites. Educational and great fun; an excellent early learning tool.

This is a concept book which teaches about size and height. It's an interactive book and let's children participate by opening the flaps and discovering bigger or longer animals than the ones shown on the spread. Children learn the difference between small and big, long and short. Teachers can use this book for a warm-up and let children do the comparison in real life as well. With this book you find out that learning can be fun!

My baby found this interesting. Too bad I have to limit his access because the pages are too thin. Also it is hard to keep the pages in the wires. The nifty laps should be great for older, more careful readers than my ten month old!
