Stunning photography with bits of prose and poetry sprinkled throughout -- some Ginsberg, Bukowski, and the artist's own. As much an exploration of youth, beauty, rebellion, and sexuality as it is a time capsule of the 90's, this one's got a lot to it. Highlights for me were a striking semi-candid portrait of Alicia Silverstone, the wrestling section, and Skeet Ulrich's armpit hair. I'd like to find a copy of this to have at home.
Holy crap. This was amazing. The writing is spectacular and represents a diverse set of sources. The photographs capture childhood and adolescence perfectly.
