However, the author, the first female vegetarian bodybuilder in Korea, made this body a solid one-year-old body, boasting a brilliant awards and aroused these concerns. Through this book, we introduce the vegetarian and exercise together and make a beautiful and healthy body. An exercise program and a vegetarian diet were provided on a per-car basis, helping to get on the diet right away. The exercise program is a detailed description and photographs that make it easy for beginners to follow and a simple vegetarian recipe added to the diet to ease the worries. At the end of the parking session, a record book was put in order to record the process and feelings of the body. It also included interviews with people who liked the vegetarian bodybuilding project, misunderstandings and prejudices about vegetarian diet, and common misconceptions about exercise.
