I have been heavily editing this for my campaign world's version of Freeport, and while I don't love all of it, it has a LOT of fun "meat" on its bones. The designers certainly know what a DM needs to run a fun game, and they supply a lot of it here. Some is too gonzo, some is too grim and dark, but a LOT is very useful to me.
