I found a lot of the book to be basically good advice, but nothing that I haven't read before. I most enjoyed chapter 4 about playing to our strengths. I found this to be a very good chapter that is a somewhat different perspective than what most people take. Overall this was an okay book and while I have nothing bad to say about it, I do not know if I would recommend it to others as a must read.
