equityb The essence of Anglo-American law Equity b This book presents the scope and history of the influence of equity law on the modern legal environment. It is a vision. Rather than introduce the history of equilibrium, we have focused on the main principles and concepts of equilibrium so that we can understand how equity works. Although English law is still unfamiliar in Korea, which has a system of continental laws, the scope of understanding British English laws is becoming more diverse, including international exchange and business in the United States. We look at equilibrium in the Anglo-American law, which has a dual legal system called Common Law and Equity, and the author suggests the integration of common law and equality.
