From the best-selling author of Hey, Brown Girl, comes part three of a twisty, suspense-filled young adult series about grief and family with a morally gray character on the road to redemption.

Sometimes the Big Bad Wolf is you . . .

Still reeling from the death of her beloved Ez, Indigo Lewis throws herself into her work as an intern at Synergy Publishing House. Yet when a challenging co-worker, Bryce Fuller, begins threatening her family and livelihood—the voices in Indigo’s head awaken and urge her to do unspeakable things to protect them.

Fighting a losing battle with her own darkness, the arrival of a surprise visitor changes her from the hunter to the hunted. If she wants to get through her second year of college unscathed, now more than ever—she must curb the impulses tempting her to continue her murderous reign.

Caught between self-discovery and self-destruction, Indigo feels her sanity slipping. And with that, more family secrets are spilled and careless mistakes threaten to expose her true nature to both friends and foes.

In the midst of it all—she is confronted with an impossible choice.

How far will she go to protect the ones that she loves? And what will she lose in the process?

god. i ate up all of these books within the space of 6 hours and i’m not even going to lie. i’m extremely excited for the next novel. if you're a fan of a good girl's guide to murder, you will adore indigo's saga!

indigo lewis is the best kind of main character. she’s one you follow, empathise with, hate a little but stayed glued to regardless. my favourite part is the parallels in the relationship with sonia’s relationship with benjamin and king and indigo’s relationship with will + chaquille/malachi. indigo and sonia are intertwined but also very different and it’s interesting to see the difference between the two.

i have to admit, i am definitely a willdigo girl but i understand why indigo loved chaquille. fingers crossed after the massive plot-twist that we get more willdigo content. i mean come on… a man that kills for you and doesn't judge you? in will's own words, we'd be 'locked in.'

book was really great!!! I liked that I was able to picture myself within the story watching the characters in the book. Indigo shows so much passion and even though she is hurting you can still see where she is trying her best to better herself. I love how the author shines more light on mental illness. It was very easy to connect with Indigo and the dilemmas. The author doesn't shy away from tough subjects, she deals with them head on. I love everything about this entire series

Another excellent and in-depth view of the seriousness of mental ill health. It is rare to have sympathy for a killer. This book challenges your moral beliefs. I enjoyed this book but rated it slightly lower than the previous two in the series. Although this series is to continue, I am wondering whether it should have been wrapped up in this outing.

Janay!!!! The ending arrived to quick. I was not expecting it. Thank you for blessing my imagination with another Indigo escapade.

Parts of this one broke my heart. It took me back to the moment when I was in college and I learned my grandmother had passed away. Complicated grief and a parent you only want to see through rose-colored glasses was absolutely heartbreaking. But this didn't stop Indigo from doing what she does best. Only this time, she has help! Talk about a true ride or die and a love triangle.
I'm ready for the next installment.

I love how Janay incorporates graphics and images in her works. If I had a hard copy I would be coloring while I read.
