An absolute banger for nerds of the camera kind

This book covers pretty much everything one needs to know in terms of maintaining and operating motion picture film cameras and fulfilling the role of camera assistant on set. As it is nearly 20 years old, there is not so much about video in it, but it is very thorough with regard to film.
