This is a great book for many person. I recommend it for those with moderate or mild depression, as well as for those with severe depression. It can help all of the above, and give insight into acquiring, or developing, good mental health, in general. There are many thoughts expressed here, many of which are very insightful.
The correlation between music and depression is established, helping the reader to realize that his or her choices in music, in both the time spent, as well as the intensity, can in fact, affect one's mood, and ultimately, be one contributing factor in depression. Great book.
There is no definitive, one size fits all book on depression, but this book is very insightful and helpful.
