I learn that if someone are drinking has a lot of problems. in this book I can read that is no good idea to be in depresion if you are don't stat drinking try to find someone who you can talk. You can have better life if you are no alcoholic.
Good information. It takes the position that alcoholism is not a disease, which is contrary to the common position held my many physicians (and the Mayo Clinic). Still a good source on the topic.
