I read this book as a refresher after a while I did not touch this subject. I guess that the main idea of this book publication is giving an access for wider audiences, except road designers, to knowledge about road/street designs. The content is adequate to inform what aspects that need to pay attention to in the design. The policymakers having non-traffic engineering background may get advantage in reading this book as it contains basic information to create a road/street design that is safer, inclusive, and environmentally sustainable.
