Immortal Ops
Book One

Captain Lukian Vlakhusha is having issues with his newest target, Peren Matthews. Something about her has left him staring at her picture and wondering what it would be like to touch her soft skin. When the time comes for the team to strike, Lukian senses danger and aborts the mission. He makes an attempt at meeting Peren and is set in his place by an independent young woman who knows what she is, and isn't, looking for in a man.

Lukian is having trouble telling Peren that he's what she fears most, a werewolf. Can they make the passion that burns between them last, or will Lukian's condition be too much for Peren?

Critical Intelligence
Book Two

When loyalties are questioned and bonds forged, the I-Ops find themselves fighting a war to guard not only their secrets but their lives as well.

Missy Carter leads a rather boring, overworked life as a system analyst for the State Department or rather, that's what she lets everyone believe. No, in reality her life is anything but boring. As an agent with the Paranormal Security and Intelligence, she's seen and done it all. Intelligence is her specialty, assassination is her hobby. The only problem is that the things she spies on don't die easily. In fact, some of them were dead to begin with. She's learned to handle anything life can throw at her. That is until the biggest paramilitary pain her ass shows up again. Lucky for him, he's sexy.

Roi Majors, second in command of the I-Ops, is having a hard time believing that Intel can only get half the information needed to bring down an underground ring of vampires with big spending backers who are hell bent on creating a race of supernaturals with multiple strands of DNA in them. As the team searches for answers, Roi searches for sexual release. When he finds himself paired with the one woman in the world who seems immune to his self-proclaimed charms, he can't wait to see her to safety and then bid her good riddance. He never counted on falling in love with her. And he sure in the hell never counted on her claiming to be an agent with a branch of the government no human should know about.

Shifter soldiers, deadly missions, and women who refuse to be intimidated — yes, please.

Immortal Ops: Collection I is pure paranormal‑romance chaos in the best way — military precision meets supernatural mayhem, all wrapped around heroes who think they’re in control until the right woman walks in and ruins their emotional stability.

Book One: Immortal Ops
Captain Lukian Vlakhusha is supposed to eliminate Peren Matthews. Instead, he takes one look at her and immediately forgets how to be a functioning assassin. The man aborts a mission because his instincts scream “danger,” and spoiler: the danger is his feelings. Peren is independent, sharp, and absolutely not impressed by a stranger with intense eyes and alpha energy. Their chemistry hits fast and hard, and watching Lukian try to figure out how to tell her he’s a werewolf — the exact thing she fears — is equal parts sweet, tense, and hilarious.

Book Two: Critical Intelligence
Missy Carter is living a double life: boring analyst on paper, paranormal assassin in reality. She’s smart, lethal, and completely immune to Roi Majors’ charm — which drives him absolutely wild. Roi, second‑in‑command of the I‑Ops, is used to getting what he wants… except Missy. Their banter is sharp, their tension is delicious, and the mission they’re thrown into is dangerous enough without the two of them trying (and failing) not to fall for each other.

Overall
This collection delivers everything you want from the Immortal Ops world:
• alpha shifters losing their cool over the right woman
• heroines who can hold their own — or take you out
• conspiracies, vampires, and government secrets stacked like dominos
• heat, humor, and high‑stakes action

If you love paranormal romance with military grit, fated‑ish mates, and enough sexual tension to power a small city, Immortal Ops: Collection I is a fast, fun, addictive ride.

Love Box sets for easy of rereading.
Rereading this series in world order and replacing missing reviews as I go.
1 - IMMORTAL OPS
Great characters with strong alpha males but equally strong and capable women.
What a different and interesting shifter tale. A very good read which I couldn’t put down.
This theme of Soldiers being genetically engineered made more by scientists has been done before but this does not detract from this series in any way.
In this book, we have a true born Lycan though as the leader. Lukian allowed his blood to be used to help humans but once again things get abused by the maniacal greed that seems to overtake scientists.
Lukian is also the King of the Lycans.
Loved this bunch of crazy super soldiers and Peren’s friends Melanie and Missy seem to have more to them than meets the eye.
Lukian and Perez made one hell of a couple.
This is the new revised and extended edition of this book.
I have owned most of the books in this series for ages, love rereading them but the reviews written and posted from the back of the books have disappeared, so I am reviewing again as I read the newer versions.
2 - CRITICAL INTELLIGENCE
Great characters with strong alpha males but equally strong and capable women.
Roi is a bit of a disaster in this but in a lovely way. He keeps putting his foot in it with Missy and treats her like one of his one-night bimbos as he doesn’t realise she is his mate.
Missy’s story is one hell of a surprise and loved the ending when she kicked a**.
The background story of Roi and Missy when she was a baby bought me to tears. Not sure why Missy’s dad lied about everything like he did. It caused so much hurt to Missy and Eaden.
Poor Eaden, hope he gets his HEA too.
This is the new revised and extended edition of this book.
I have owned most of the books in this series for ages, love rereading them but the reviews written and posted from the back of the books have disappeared, so I am reviewing again as I read the newer versions.

>Book Review – Immortal Ops – Books 1&2

>I am an independent reviewer. This set contains Immortal Ops and Critical Intelligence (Books 1 & 2) in the Immortal Ops series and each book ends in an HEA. Lukian is an alien soldier assigned to eliminate a human thought to be a threat to his race. He never asks how the human is a threat. Lukian just follows orders. As soon as he sees his target, Peren, he realizes she is his mate and for the first time has to go against orders.

>Lukian and Peren have to figure out why she is a target and how to save her. They have an interesting chemistry and a few secrets regarding Peren are revealed. There is a lot of action and the romance is hot. The secondary characters, Peren’s friends Missy and Melody, and Lukian’s team, especially Roi, really keep the tempo up and add humor to the story.

>The second book revolves around Missy and Roi. Missy is not what she seems and Roi is more than the womanizer he seems to be. Missy is brutally hilarious towards Roi, especially in the names she calls him. A love triangle seems to be in the mix in this book. There is a lot of action and a wonderful romance in this book.

>This book is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this set 5 stars.

Surprise!

There are a lot of surprises at the end of book 2 in this set.

1st book - our hero is Lukian who is not only a Lycan but the King in North America; although he doesn’t play that part in this book. Lukian is the Commander of I-Ops as they like to shorten the full name of their team.

Lukian & his team wind up kidnapping 3 women to protect them from the bad guys; but, that wasn’t what their assignment really was. Their assignment was to kill a woman named Peren. But, when Lukian meets Peren he knows that she’s his mate & refuses to kill her. This is the beginning of their story & it’s a wild ride.

The 2nd book takes up right where the 1st book does & you get to see how the “womanizer” Roi finds & gets his mate. & she’s 1of Peren’s best friends.

She also works for another paranormal group, PSI; this group are the ones that get the intelligence information for the I-Ops team before they go on their missions.

Missy (Melissa Carter) & Peren & their other friend Melanie have been friends since they were little. But, Missy’s friends don’t know what she really does for a living; they just think that she’s an analyst for the government.

But, as Missy & Roi’s relationship moves forward you find out that she’s so much more. Just as Missy finds out that there’s so much more to Roi than him being a “womanizer”.

But, it’ll be up to you to find out how very good this set was by reading it.

Immortal Ops #1- 4 stars
This was a very quick, fun and exciting story. I would consider this book a novella because of short it is. This was a great introduction to the series. Even though it is short, the character development is well done. I liked all the characters that were introduced. It is easy to read, the story flows well, the adventure is interesting and it will make a paranormal romance lover want to read the next book once you finish. I would recommend this book to any adult that loves paranormal romances.

Critical Intelligence #2- 5 stars
I liked this story more than the first book! I really enjoyed Missy and Roi's interactions with each other. Roi is hilarious throughout the entire book. He makes many asinine and hilarious sarcastic comments which made me laugh so many times. Missy was a very sassy and witty woman. She was very enjoyable and one of the best heroines in the series. These two complimented each other very well in the story. There is lots of action, adventure and even more interesting facts to learn about the characters! I think this story is my favorite in the series. I would highly recommend this story to any adult that loves paranormal romances.

I bought this set on a whim. I am very glad I did. It is not your average alpha male meets female, claims her after some miscommunication, and it is all love and flowers. No the ladies in this are some serious kick your butt heroines who don't take orders well. The plot is interesting and the sex scenes are good. I don't like to give away details on a book, but will say this, if you like alpha males, don't take crap females, mad scientists, mood changing rats, powerful fae, covert military action, and a little military fun and humor, then get this set! I am looking forward to the next books in the series!

Typical story involving paranormal secret military men finding their one true "mate"

parts are cliche and you can see coming from a mile away, but some parts where funny so I will keep reading. They are very quick to go through as you already know what is going to basically happen anyway.
