Solidly intelligent

This book is definitely one of your best options on this subject. I'm a registered nurse and talk to more than several patients and their families during a workday. I had no idea how much info we've all been exchanging. This book reads quickly but not too heavily, like a textbook. It's extremely insightful and intelligently written.
