For many years now, Maurice has been challenging Believers to leave the religious system of Babylon to become the church rather than go to a Church. However, to come out there is a necessity to go in. Israel came out of Egypt, not to stay in the wilderness, but to go into the promised land of Canaan and possess it. Likewise, those who left Babylon in the days of Nehemiah, Daniel, and Ezra, were not just coming out of Babylon, their destination was Jerusalem. The walls were broken down and needed repair.
In this book, Maurice is asking those who have left the religious system to build Jerusalem, not the physical city, but the Spiritual one which will come down from heaven to the new earth after the Millennial reign of Jesus which is the very Bride of Christ.
