The Logical Reasoning section is offensive to human intelligence.

Other bits of wisdom:

Page 33: "Do not reject an answer because the principle involved is one that you personally would not accept."

Page 53: "Good readers read critically."

This book is simple without skipping any information: it covers everything in a very cursory manner. It does not explain the same things over and over; rather, it identifies a formula for each style of question and then applies it to the entire section of the test.

It covers Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension. After an introduction that explains the test, test conditions and format, about 15 pages are devoted to each type of question, explaining how to approach it and how to solve it. Then entire rest of the book is practice tests.

The amazing part of the practice tests is that they describe how to solve every single question, and they devote at least a sentence to every possible answer. That way, if you thought the answer was C, but it is A, the book will (1) explain why C is incorrect, and (2) explain why A is correct.

I would definitely recommend it as an amazing practice tool.

A useful book in anyone's preparation for the LSAT. SuperPrep was written by the creators of the LSAT, and in its descriptions of each section, you get a better idea of how they think about the questions. This book also includes three actual exams from February administrations (1996, 1999, and 2000), which are usually undisclosed. Each of these exams also includes detailed explanations to the answers to each question in each exam (something you can't find anywhere else for actually administered exams).

Good practice tests (three of them) with simple and straight-forward explanations. Could've been a bit bigger, however, with maybe five tests. Most LSAT books are bigger than this one. But the explanations are good, and the book replicates the format of the test pretty accurately, so I would still recommend it.

For my level of intelligence, this guide was a bit dense. Still, it provides a pretty complete overview of all the different kinds of questions.
