The audiobook I actually listened to was Preparing for Surgery: Guided Imagery, by Jane Ehrmann. I can’t find it in Goodreads under the author.

I used her book of a similar title and style to prepare for SMILE eye laser surgery. I found it actually very useful and enjoyable. She had a lovely soothing talking style and I actually listened to the day of surgery in the morning, during the surgery very quietly, and in the days to follow. I honestly found it very useful and was so pleased I discovered it. I would recommend it! Thank you ❤️😇🤓
