A nice book for Wing Chun practioners wanting to learn the Bil Jee form. Good clear steps in picture frames. I am personally not fond of pure Wing Chun because of the ridgidity of the movements. However, as far as techniques and close combat go, it is a great system, and the Bil Jee form, when done with fluidity, is lethal.
