Would like to give it a 4.5, but that is not possible.

This book is great for someone who just got a beagle or is looking to get a beagle. It walks you though all the things the new owner should know. It also teaches how to perform some basics of dog training. It has a great list of supplies and ample references for resources.

The downside of this book is it can be repetitive. In some ways that is good as it allows for continued learning on important topics. But overall, this book is worthwhile.
